Skill Assessments

We offer American Canoe Association skill assessments to verify a paddler’s skill level without attending a full class. Filed with the ACA, they can reduce your rental fees from outfitters and satisfy employee training requirements. Pilgrim Paddles LLC can assess skills up to and including instructor levels in solo and tandem canoe, river and sea kayak, and standup paddleboard. You must be an ACA member to maintain a skill assessment.

Please print and bring a signed copy of the liability waiver to any session. Note the second page includes a checklist of what to wear and bring as well as COVID19 protocols.
